My Story

My journey toward wellness began in my early 40s when persistent health issues—back pain, muscle spasms, joint pain, and digestive problems—made me realize that my diet and habits were not as healthy as I once believed. Despite following conventional dietary advice and even trying a holistic approach, I saw no improvement and felt constantly drained.

My turning point came when a friend recommended the documentary What the Health, which led me to adopt a vegan diet. Within days, my digestion improved, energy levels soared, and my overall well-being transformed. Over time, I transitioned to a vegetarian diet while maintaining an active lifestyle as a triathlete, learning through personal experience how different nutritional approaches affect the body.

Now, as a Certified Health Coach through the Primal Health Institute, I specialize in ancestral nutrition, movement, and holistic wellness. I am passionate about guiding others on their journey to optimal health, I offer one-on-one coaching to help individuals discover what works best for their unique needs. I understand the confusion around health, nutrition, and fitness and I am committed to helping others unlock their full well-being potential.
